Parent & Child Fishing Sessions/Junior Fishing Matches
'Junior Fishing Match' organised by MS Angling and Education, at Cornfield Farm Fishery, Cornfield Grove, Burnley, BB12 8UB. An opportunity to have fun, develop your fishing methods, knowledge and skills, meet new people, make new friends, and benefit from the health and wellbeing benefits that fishing brings. All participants to bring all necessary fishing equipment for the match please. If you require to use our equipment for the match, please fill in the relevant information on the booking form. Places are limited each week for the fishing match. Fishing will commence at 1:15pm and finish at 3:45pm for tidy-up and weigh-in. A Licenced Angling Trust Coach will be present at all matches to offer support and guidance where necessary. The £20 match fee includes day ticket costs (currently £9 per person), rod-licence waivers, refreshments, and a contribution towards licenced angling coaching fees and tackle vouchers/prizes for the match winner.
Saturday morning parent and child fishing sessions at Cornfield Farm Fishery, Cornfield Grove, Burnley, BB12 8UB, delivered by MS Angling and Education. An opportunity to bring your child fishing for a few hours - all necessary fishing equipment, terminal tackle and bait provided on site. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Come and have some fun with your son/daughter - a great way to start the weekend. Arrival from 9:20am onwards please; ready to begin the session at 9:30am.
